Job Description:
Syntax is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SAP Finance Public Cloud Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of SAP Finance and a passion for developing their skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment. This role will involve supporting the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Public Cloud module to meet the business needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Implementation and Configuration:
- Support the implementation of solutions for various Public Cloud Finance projects.
- Assist in configuring SAP Finance to meet business requirements.
- Participate in system upgrades and enhancements.
- Support and Maintenance:
- Provide first-level support for SAP Finance issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Finance Public Cloud
- Work closely with senior consultants to ensure smooth operation of SAP Public Cloud systems.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to SAP Finance configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Generate reports as needed for various stakeholders.
- Training and Development:
- Assist in training end-users on SAP Finance functionalities and processes.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP Finance features and enhancements.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Logistics, and IT.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
