Job Description
The System Support & Security Team Lead plays an integral role in ensuring that all business users receive system level
support in a timely manner, as well as ensuring the correct system access is applied and audited for correctness. This
position involves overseeing a team and ensuring department KPIs are met.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolution of customer issues.
- Ensure internal customer satisfaction.
- Process internal customer inquiries and complaints.
- Assist with system security setup and maintenance.
- Send end user communication regarding system changes/bug resolution.
- Additional duties as required.
